Crossing
Is it possible to have a deeper connection with someone as you pass one another at a crossing? At a point in time, you are a few centimeters from each other, even breathing in the same air the other person breathed out not a moment before. It's a great misfortune that with the big city mentality comes an intentional distancing from strangers; an increasing otherness of the other. It is a virtue, increasingly rare, to show kindness to one’s neighbour. You do not need to know someone to show them love, you only need to love.

By importing photos as raw data into Audacity, an audio editing software, and then exporting the edited data back into a visual format, unpredictable results arise. Patterns start to emerge and sometimes reveal deeper conditions of the photograph.
